The 90 minutes of the match finished 0-0, so the extra time had to be played. At the 110' Alvaro Morata scored the only goal of Juventus and the only goal of the match which allowed the team from Turin to win the cup. After the extra time the final result was Milan 0-1 Juventus.
This is the second trophy of the season for Juventus after winning the championship. It was a great season for the "Bianco - Neri".
